A Different Approach to Emotional Support

Over the last few years, I have lived in Spain, France, and the Netherlands. At different moments during those experiences, I found myself asking the same question: Should I stay or should I leave?

Living abroad can feel exciting from the outside, but emotionally it can also leave you feeling suspended across two cultures. One version of yourself exists in your home country, with habitual routines, language, and relationships. Another version adapts to life abroad, constantly rebuilding balance, identity, and connection. I know what it feels like to leave Italy, create a new routine in the Netherlands, and then return home feeling somehow different in both places.

This personal experience is one of the reasons why I work with expats, people navigating relocation, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, grief, and major life transitions. My approach combines coaching, counselling, emotional awareness, and holistic tools such as one-to-one Family Constellations and values-based work to help you reconnect with yourself and better understand your emotional patterns.

My specialization focuses on Loss, Grief and Trauma 

I completed a two-year professional training in Coaching and Counselling at the Academie voor Coaching and Counselling, I work as an Assistant Teacher for first-year students, supporting future coaches and counsellors in their learning process. My specializationof the second year is on Loss, Grief and Trauma I am a registered member of LVSC, the Dutch professional body that upholds ethical standards and professional quality in supervision and coaching.

Your questions answered

How long is a session?

Sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the type of session and the topic.

What languages are sessions available in?

You can have coaching sessions in either English or Italian.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your goals and situation. Some people get what they need in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over time.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?

Let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. We’ll schedule a new session that works for you.

Coaching or counselling?

Both can support personal growth in different ways:

  • Coaching focuses mainly on the present and future. It helps you create change, set goals, and move forward with more clarity and direction.

  • Counselling focuses more on the connection between past and present experiences. It supports emotional healing, self-understanding, and processing difficult experiences that may still affect your life today.

Do you work with health insurance?

At the moment, no.

Is online coaching available worldwide?

Yes. I work mainly online, so you can join sessions from anywhere in the world.

Is everything discussed during sessions confidential?

Yes. Before starting, you will sign a consent and privacy agreement.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching mainly focuses on the present and future, helping you create change, achieve goals, and move forward in your personal journey, while counselling focuses more on the past and present, supporting you in understanding emotions, processing experiences, and finding emotional balance.

How much is a single coaching session?

For now, a single session is €59. Prices may change over time, so the most up-to-date rate will always be shown when you complete the intake  form.

Are there discounts or special offers?

Yes. From time to time, special packages, introductory offers, or temporary discounts may be available. For longer support paths of 6+ sessions, payment in 2 installments may also be arranged based on what we agree during the intake session.

Can I stop the path at any time?

Yes. You are free to interrupt or pause the process at any time.

Is this therapy?

No. These sessions do not replace psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment. They are intended as supportive and educational guidance.
